Product Manager Training
4 Levels from Competent to Masterful

How We Train
Only about 12% of what is taught at a workshop is retained. With such terrible outcomes, why are workshops still used so often? Workshop trainers use an insider's term to describe their work -- "show up and throw up." You don't want that. No one wants that.
Instead, we use modern virtual learning tools that consist of online self-paced courses for individuals and courses + facilitated collaboration for groups, which we call the Integrated Study Group. Our approach produces results -- real behavior change for success. Further, the training fits into your schedule and occurs at your pace. And, you are not on your own, except if you want to be. We are here to answer questions and provide guidance.
4 Levels of Training to BEAT the Competition
Our Product Mastery Roadmap describes the 4 levels of training that equip you to BEAT the competition. If you don't have it yet, click to get the Product Mastery Roadmap.
Level 1: Build Your Base
Double Your Success
Many product managers share the feeling of being overwhelmed, asking the question, “What do I need to focus on now?” Product managers are pulled in many directions, drowning in internal tasks while needing more time to work with external customers. You can gain control over your responsibilities and know where to focus at any given time by Building Your Base and moving from being a capable product manager to truly comprehending your work as a product manager. In the process you will 2X the number of right products vs wrong products.
Level 2: Earn Professional Certification
Gain Influence and Confidence
People become product managers for two key reasons: (1) they want to build products that customers want and love, and (2) they want influence in the organization to make the first reason possible. The frustration that occurs is not having the influence they need. To overcome this and move from being involved in product management to truly influencing the products launched to customers, Earn Professional Credibility.
Level 3: Apply Deep Dives
Move to Leadership
As you become an expert in product management, you will encounter specific problems and opportunities that need your attention while leading others in the organization. These are wide ranging, such as implementing a new approach to innovation, coaching a junior product manager on ethnography, or conducting a pricing analysis for a product retiring next year. You need specific and focused training to help you quickly learn what you need as problems and opportunities arise.
Level 4: Transform Organization Design
Build a Better Organization
Unlike any other role in organizations, master product managers have unique experiences gained from the cross-functional work that is required. They earn influence throughout the organization and are recognized for their ability to create revenue and products customers want and love. They understand the art of product management and are positioned to become organizational architects. As architects, they can design organizations that are more profitable, build places where people love to work, and receive the respect of their communities.
