It leverages the three elements common to product mastery journeys that result in developing better products customers love.

Frameworks and tools
Structured learning
Peer learning

The Journey Is Hard. Don't Do It Alone.

Loneliness. Doubt. Knowledge gaps. Little interaction with product managers. No peer group for support. No direct access to experts. Relentless distractions. Confusion about priorities. Lack of influence. Fear of rejection.

Product managers battle these struggles every day. These struggles can lead to unfocused action, wasted resources, poor decision-making, and feelings of frustration and overwhelm. Faced with these struggles, it's no wonder why so many product managers feel stuck putting out fires each day instead of making the progress they imagined.

This difficult terrain is part of the journey. It's challenging, but better with the right tools, friends, and guides. Creating products customers love is what we want and strive for. Don't do it alone and without the right resources. This is the wisdom of this well-known proverb...

If you want to go far, go together.

Introducing the
Product Mastery Now Community

A private community for growth-minded product managers and leaders motivated by a desire to create better products customers love. In the process, they create value for customers, their organization, and their own career growth.

While all product management journeys are unique, three factors are commonly found that all product managers and leaders benefit from:

  • Frameworks and tools help you make sense of things so you understand what is important for a situation and what you need to do.
  • Structured learning cuts through the noise, focusing on what is important to quickly connect the many elements of product work.
  • Peer learning to find nuanced answers to immediate challenges and issues you encounter that other product professionals have already faced.

Inside the
Product Mastery Now Community

The community incorporates all three of the factors, providing...

  • Training in a structured framework called the IDEA Framework -- Ideate, Develop, Evolve, and Accelerate. It is a synthesis of other frameworks, tools, and concepts that I have found most useful and that I have taught to thousands of product managers and innovators.
  • Acess to live weekly podcast episodes. Not only will you get to see and hear the live interaction with the guest, you'll also be able to ask questions after the interview and interact with the guest.
  • Peer learning online discussion forums. Asynchronously interact with others to share your experience and get help with product issues you are facing. It will also help you expand your professional network.
  • Monthly live session for interacting with others in the community and special guests. Together, we'll address challenges and issues you are encountering and want help with.
  • The community is designed to be a helpful resource and fun place to interact with other product managers and leaders, not an overwhelming experience that floods you with information. The objective of the community is to focus on what matters and eliminate distracting and time-consuming noise you don't need.

Motivated Members Wanted

Customer-focused. Innovator. Creator. Influencer. Changemaker. Committed to personal growth. And, most of all... Driven to create products customers love.

If that sounds like you, and if you’d enjoy a private community of like-minded product professionals to grow with, then I’d love to welcome you into the Product Mastery Now Community.

Further, if you enjoy being a part of something special from the very beginning, now is the opportune moment to become an early member of our private community during the founder’s launch.

But first, let's see if PMN Community is a good match for you. It is being designed to be a special place.

It’s for you if you…

  • want a professional community that isn't only for software product managers
  • believe in the virtues of humility, empathy, optimism, and tenacity
  • are inclined to encourage others instead of criticizing
  • have more you want to learn and you're curious about what others have learned
  • are willing to share insights from your product experiences
  • are intrigued how product and innovation management work in various industries
  • motivated to further develop your professional network

It's not a match if you…

  • don’t see value in interacting with product professionals in other industries
  • are motivated by power, fame, status, opulence, or other manifestations of egocentrism
  • are not yet ready to share your ideas, questions, challenges, and needs with others for their constructive feedback
  • are in the very early days of learning about product and innovation management – a minimum of two years of experience is recommended and most members will have much more experience

With the Community, you get...

IDEA Framework structured learning

Live weekly podcast episodes

Live Q&A with podcast expert guests

$100/each minimum

Peer learning forum

Monthly Masterminds to work problems in real-time

Monthly MasterClasses to grow your career

Would you pay $12,000 for the Community? No, of course not, and I wouldn't either. The Community is great, yet $12,000 is a whole lot of money.

But, now, during the founders' launch, would you pay $497 for the year?  I would in a heartbeat. And, that is the price you'll pay as a founding member.

Important FAQs
That's a lot of information in the above sections. Thanks for hanging in there with me! Still, you may have questions. Here are some important ones to know about as you consider applying.

Is there a cost to join the PMN Community?

Yes. The price to join the membership increases each time it opens. The price now is $497/year .

What community platform is used for the Community?

I’ve been in many online communities and learned what works and what doesn’t. I also evaluated several platforms. The feel and environment of this community can’t be built on instant messaging interactions. There are pros and cons to each platform choice, and I chose the one with the most advantages… Circle. Think of Circle as a cross between the best parts of Slack, Discord, Facebook Groups, and LinkedIn without the noise and interruptions—which is to say, it's awesome!

How is the PMN Community different from PMN courses such as the Rapid Product Mastery Experience?

The PMN Community is a private community with interactive discussions, exclusive content (including the IDEA Framework) and events, direct access to knowledge specialists and experts, and requires an application to join. In contrast, PMN courses like the RPM Experience for Individuals and Certified Innovation Leader are available for purchase by anyone. The PMN community membership is not required to purchase one of our courses.

Will PMN courses ever be incorporated into the PMN Community?

No, at least not our main courses. Those courses will remain standalone. An exception is the IDEA Framework course that is included in the Community. That said, PMN Community members will have opportunities to purchase courses and other training at a discount.

What is the refund policy?

We offer a 30-day money back guarantee. If you are unhappy with your membership for any reason, let us know within the first 30 days of membership and we will refund your payment.
