  • Weekly Live Interviews: View the live video interview as it is being recorded for the Product Mastery Now podcast. Only community members can join the interviews live and see the guest.
  • Weekly Q&A with Guests: After the live interview is recorded, talk to the expert guest and ask questions. You can interact with the guest on video or via text chat.
  • Recordings Weeks Sooner: The videos of interviews with experts are published in the community a few days after recording, while the public has access to the audio (not the full video) several weeks later.
  • Recording Archives: View all past video interviews on a wide range of relevant topics, helping product managers move towards product mastery. Also, the recordings include the community-only Q&A interaction with guest experts.

It is designed as a holistic system to help product managers double their success and put an end to being overwhelmed in their job. The framework consists of tools, practices, and processes organized into 4 categories that mirror how products progress using IDEA as an acronym: Ideate, Develop, Evolve, and Accelerate.   • RPM Experience: The RPM Experience dramatically moves product managers and leaders forward. It is designed for product managers with at least 5 years of product experience who are becoming strategic leaders. These are product managers that need an integrated framework for both tactical and strategic product work. It is for you if you are already leading product projects and product managers or will be in the future. It is based on the comprehensive body of knowledge curated by PDMA. The RPM Experience is conducted as a cohort of 7-14 product professionals. You'll learn tools, practices, and processes individually via video training. Then, we meet regularly to apply what you have learned to the work you are doing. Past participants in the RPM Experience have shared that the cohort experience was very valuable as they heard how other product professionals were applying the concepts. The cohort experience builds upon RPM Experience described here. This is available only in the Elite community level.

What community platform is used for the Community?

I’ve been in many online communities and learned what works and what doesn’t. I also evaluated several platforms. How is the PMN Community different from PMN courses such as the Rapid Product Mastery Experience?

The PMN Community is a private community with interactive discussions, exclusive content (including the IDEA Framework), events, and direct access to knowledgeable specialists and experts. In contrast, PMN courses like the RPM Experience for Individuals and Certified Innovation Leader are available for purchase by anyone. The PMN community membership is not required to purchase one of our courses. However, we have added a cohort model of the RPM Experience in the Elite level of the community.
