Meeting customer’s expectations and measuring their satisfaction. Customer experience is part of developing a product, what some people call the “whole product” that extends beyond the core tangible item or service and includes all of the elements to solve a customer’s problem. For example, a real estate agent provides a service to sell a house but the whole product could include a handyman to make repairs, a painting company to touch-up, a staging and photography service, etc. Measuring satisfaction tells you how your efforts are working.
