From Project to Product Management

I recently had the opportunity to speak to the Rocky Mountain Product Development and Management Association.  The topic I chose was based on my personal reflections as I progressed through project management roles and into product management responsibilities.  While there are similarities between project and product management, there are significant differences.  The information I shared is located here.
